The seeds of spring crops (excluding maize) amounts to 92.3%, (filled to 14 thousand tons at requirement 15,16 thousand tons). All seeds are certified. In addition, Nicholas Neily reported that the repair machinery in agricultural enterprises of the region carried out in accordance with the schedules of repairs. Readiness of machines that will participate in the spring field work is 89-95 %. Also, the official noted that, in General, on the preparation and realization of spring sowing campaign agrarians of the region plan to spend this year more than 5.6 billion UAH., or 1 billion UAH. (23 %) more than last year. This is mainly equity - 5, 0 bln. (about 90 %). Banking and commercial loans - 0.6 billion UAH. (about 10%). In the field is working on the implementation of a new financial instrument to raise working capital - agricultural receipts.
