26 January in Kostopil city in the retail and office center enterprise «Redbud" the staff of 19-th state fire and rescue unit to PG DSNs in Rivne region held special tactical exercises. According to the tactical plan, the two-storey building on the first floor of the warehouse room was on fire. The burning was accompanied by considerable smoke, there was a threat of overturning of the fire to neighbouring premises. Upon discovering a fire, persons on duty the staff of the centre immediately informed the lifeguards on the phone "101", after which he conducted the evacuation of staff and visitors and began extinguishing a fire primary means of fire. Meanwhile, on the scene came another guard 19-th state fire and rescue unit of the city of Kostopil. Rescue workers quickly undertook a reconnaissance of the fire, which were evacuated from the danger zone of one of the victim and gave him first aid. After that, the firefighters carried out the alignment of forces and the means provided for the elimination of such extreme events, conducted a combat deployment with the laying of trunk lines for containment and subsequent elimination of a conditional fire. To coordinate actions during the suppression of a conditional fire was deployed operational headquarters headed by Deputy chief of gpsch-19 the major of service of civil protection Ivan Kosarom.
