In Vinnytsia oblast the Deputy handed a notification on suspicion of
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region performs procedural management in criminal proceedings against the Chairman of the farm, who is also a Deputy of one of regional councils region on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 1 of article 388 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
