In the Transcarpathian region Prosecutor's office restored the interests of the state and stop the gratuitous use of the land value of nearly 32 million UAH.
The decision of Tyachiv district court satisfied the claim of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv on termination of the contract of lease of a land plot with an area of 50 hectares with a cost of nearly 32 million UAH. and return it into state ownership. It is established that Tacso between RGA and one of the inhabitants of the village of Tereblya, 9 years ago was concluded the lease contract of the land plots with a total area of 50 hectares for farming. However, contrary to the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine «On land lease" of the tenant for the period of use of said land not being carried out, causing damage to the local budget. Thus, the intervention of the Prosecutor's office in state property should be returned to 50 acres of land.
