In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers spent training the special tactical exercises at potentially hazardous object
January 26 at the plant for the filter production LTD. «wicks-Fltron" in Krasilov hosted training special tactical doctrine. The aim of the event was the training staff about’object, rescuers and specialized services during an emergency, rapid response and suppression of a conditional fire. The training consisted of two stages: the first – theoretical, during which the company's managers told the rescuers about the characteristics of the object and its fire risk, and also noted the personnel actions and services interaction on activities that must be performed during an emergency incident. During the second phase – practical, the firefighters have worked difficult the situation – the elimination of a conditional fire in a warehouse of finished products. According to the tactical plan, as a result of careless handling of fire in a warehouse caused a fire, resulting in a threat to life, which was in the room and the flame spread’I shelving with finished products on adjacent premises. About the fire the factory workers immediately reported to security and Director of the company, and the forces of a voluntary fire team began extinguishing the fire. Given the high combustible load, contingent the fire spread to the shelves of the warehouse, which created a strong smoke on escape routes. In the course of performing search and rescue operations in structure of a link of gas and smoke protective service was discovered unconscious by a factory employee, whom rescuers immediately brought to fresh air, where he was provided first aid by clinical staff. In addition, in the preparation and conduct of the exercise was attended by cadets and students of educational institutions of the SSES who are trained in the division. Such exercises are conducted to practice joint actions of all the services interaction and staff about’object, and are extremely important for professional rescuers and workers about’object, because the conditional simulation of emergency situations greatly facilitates the work of firefighters in real situations.
