In Ivano-Frankivsk started training sessions for employees of regional bodies of the State employment service and human rights

27 January in Ivano-Frankivsk in the framework of the objectives project initiative, "women's rights of internally displaced persons in Ukraine through the establishment of counselling centres as an effective overcoming of gender discrimination– began a two-day training sessions for employees of regional bodies of the State employment service and human rights defenders. This event is held with the assistance of the Canadian Fund to support local initiatives. It was attended by representatives of Management of gschs in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Co-organizer of these public lectures is the youth community centre “the benchmark”. The purpose of the mini-project "women's rights of internally displaced persons in Ukraine through the establishment of counselling centres as an effective overcome gender discrimination" is to increase economic activity of women immigrants by providing legal and other support in the organization of own business, the promotion and the protection of labor rights, protection from discrimination on grounds of sex. The project is implemented during two months in four regions of Ukraine, among them Ivano-Frankivsk. To participate in the lectures attracted highly qualified specialists covering the labour rights of women in the labour market, financial aspects, peculiarities of taxation, and offer effective tools for developing and putting business ideas into reality.
