On face for committing a number of grave crimes to criminals threatens till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment
Employees of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings against 3 persons who are suspected of committing a number of especially serious crimes in an organized group. On the account of malefactors more than 10 theft, assault, illegal confinement and murder of a taxi driver. During a pretrial investigation it is established that 26-year-old inhabitant of Vinnitsa in July 2015, she organized and headed a group, which from July to October made 9 thefts, unlawful taking of a vehicle, robbery, unlawful imprisonment and murder of 28 year old taxi driver near a Gland S. Kalinowski district, and in the beginning of October last year was forced to stopped their criminal activity, as was unmasked and detained by the police. Currently the organizer of a criminal group announced about suspicion of committing a number of grave crimes and the court of all members of the group the measure of restraint in form of detention. Material losses caused by the activities of malicious users are more than 130 thousand hryvnias. The pre-trial investigation under part 5 of article 185 (theft), part 3 of article 28 (Commission of crime by group of persons, group of persons by prior conspiracy, an organized group or criminal organization), PP. 6, 12 part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder), part 4 St. 187 (robbery), part 3 of article 146 (illegal imprisonment), part 3 St. 289 (misappropriation vehicle) of the criminal code of Ukraine continues. Carried out procedural actions for all-round and full research of circumstances of criminal offences. Considering the gravity of the crimes, the malefactors threatens till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment with property confiscation.
