In the Zhytomyr region effective practical experience shared by the experts in the housing sector.
On January 28, with participation of the head of region Sergey Mashkovsky in the Zhytomyr regional state administration held a seminar "Practical anti-crisis measures in the housing sector". Utilities managers, chairmen of osmd and experts in the field of housing and communal services gathered to gain valuable experience in solving the most urgent problems of housing and communal services, as well as to consider the latest practical solutions in the spheres of heat supply, energy efficiency and energy conservation. The seminar is held on the initiative of the Ministry of regional development of Ukraine and information-analytical publication professionals "Magazine housing" and the organization of the Department of urban planning, architecture, construction and housing and communal services of RSA. Vladimir Kravets, the regional Director of the company "Stang Ceramic" talked about new technologies in the housing sector and on global experiences in the use of ceramic pipes. According to him, the ceramic tube is a pure ecological product, which consists only of water and clay. Currently the cost of these pipes is the same with the cost of domestic. Installation does not require special equipment and road closures. About cost-effective led lighting was the Director of the company "Industrial systems" Gleb Pronenko. Currently this type of lighting uses the city of Novohrad-Volynsky. Technical specialist of the company "Ancap – Ukraine" Andrey Polcyn told the audience about the meters as a method of economic use of heat energy. When installing the meter can save up to 20% in a separate apartment and up to 30% in an apartment building. The counter counts the actually consumed thermal energy. According to Andrew Pollicina, there are two areas of savings: – passive – insulation of walls, Windows and the like; – active – the introduction of weather dependent control, i.e. systems that regulate the temperature depending on environmental conditions.
