In the Transcarpathian region initiated criminal proceedings against officers of Beregovo medical College
Peregusna local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings against officers of Beregovo medical College on the fact of negligence (part 2, article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Found that five graduates of Beregovo medical College they are not employed in the public sector (did not go to work in an area after graduation, in violation of the requirements of the Civil code of Ukraine about mandatory’Ascoli of the contract, the Commercial code of Ukraine and Decree of the President of Ukraine «on measures to reform the system of training of specialists and development of graduates of higher educational institutions", as well as of the law of Ukraine «On education". In connection’connection with this, the state budget received revenues totaling almost 250 thousand UAH. However, officials of Beregovo medical College any action to remedy the violation for damages inflicted to the state budget is not adopted, which indicates that the officers of Beregovo medical College withdrew from the implementation of assigned functional mandatory’relations. Due to the violations to the state budget caused significant damage in the above amount. The sanction of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine provides the punishment of deprivation of liberty for a term of two to n'five years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities.
