One of the most effective forms of cooperation with employers in search of candidates for vacant positions is to conduct mini job fairs. Direct contact between employers and the unemployed in presence of specialists of the employment center is more effective in finding suitable jobs for the unemployed, and employers in quality recruitment. So, on January 27 in Mlyniv district employment center held a job fair at the order of society with limited liability "Mlyniv meat". The event was attended by 17 people, who are looking for work. The Executive Director of the enterprise Dmitry Kudenchuk informed the participants about the workforce needs and outlined production plans of the enterprise, namely: the launch of a new technological line for production of sausages, which will correspond to the European standards, expansion of retail network in Mlyniv district and beyond, the opening of wholesale warehouses of food products range. Employer was offered 8 vacancies: chief accountant, accountant, computer operator, heat-treater, the seller (with a tray on the market), a maintenance worker. D. Kudenchuk told about the requirements to candidates for vacant places, conditions and wages, career prospects, conducted individual interviews with willing to work. In addition, participants of the fair spoke with specialists employment center, which acquainted them with the situation in the labour market, has provided expert advice on employment, social services to clients of the employment service, the legalization of labor. Separately marked on stimulating employers to create new jobs and improve the skills of workers over 45 years of age. As a result of the event two persons have given prior agreement concerning future employment.
