In Chernivtsi region rescuers trained teachers safety rules
27 January in Chernivtsi special boarding school ¹ 3 in Chernivtsi employees of city Department Management DSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region was held a practical working off of actions in case of an emergency in the school premises. The main objective of this event was to develop joint actions of administration of educational institutions and fire and rescue units. It is the testing was divided into 2 parts: practical and theoretical. During the first exercises practicing the evacuation of people from premises in case of fire, discovery of suspicious object or other extraordinary events. So, according to the event, in one of the classrooms of the school there was a smoke. The management and staff of the school conducted an evacuation of all people from the premises to a safe place and reported the incident room on 101. Rescuers who were sent to the scene, quickly liquidated a conditional fire. In the framework of the theoretical part of the event were discussed the actions of the people during the implementation of the evacuation of the school. So, the rescuers noted that in order for her safe conduct in any case impossible to prevent panic among the people, because this can lead to unpredictable consequences. However, the specialists of the SSES presented school staff with properties of primary fire extinguishing means, in particular, fire extinguishers. Rescuers told in detail how to use them so that with their help it was possible to extinguish the fire, if you detect it at the initial stage of combustion. “the event was attended by about 40 employees of the institution. This knowledge they will be able to transfer in the future to his disciples, enabling them to be prepared to take action if necessary” — summed up the results of practical working off the head of the Chernivtsi city Department of DSNS Colonel civil protection Victor Kolodki.
