The main objectives of the Strategy are: improving the level of service to job seekers and employers, including the use of modern information technologies; improving communication links between participants of the labour market, ensure transparency and openness of public employment services; strengthening financial stability, reorientation of expenditures from passive activities payments for active employment policy; improving human resource capacity of the employment service. According to the results of work in 2015, the heads of basic employment centers has created new challenges with regard to the requirements of modernity and modernization of the employment service.
