In Zhytomyr issued 4095 "warm credits"
January 28, in the framework of the seminar "Practical anti-crisis measures in the sphere of housing and communal services" about realization of the state program of energy efficiency in Zhytomyr region told the Deputy chief of management of the branch PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine" Mykola Shulga. — — "To "Sberbank" turned 3279 borrowers who took loans for insulation materials, heat-saving Windows, boilers and other energy saving materials and got a refund on the state program of energy efficiency. On solid fuel boilers Oschadbank issued 456 loans worth 6.9 million and 2823 credits for insulation materials and Windows at $ 43.2 million, which received compensation from the state budget – 11.9 million", – said Mykola Shulga. In 2015 in Zhytomyr issued credits 28 institutions. Now, the Bank extends the functionality and planning until the end of 2016 to open a further 15 offices. Partners of the program are 682 companies who sell insulation materials, energy-efficient Windows and boilers. — "Zhytomyr region is ranked 2nd place by the number of issued "warm credits" among all regions of Ukraine. We must improve this program. At the last session we took the cap off and every natural person can use the program as well as condominiums and housing cooperatives", – said the Chairman of Zhytomyr oblast state administration Serhiy Mashkovsky.
