In Zhytomyr discussed issues of bakery sector
29 January, in Zhitomir, under the leadership of Chairman of regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky was held a meeting with the producers of flour, bread and bakery products and institutions retail chain. The meeting discussed topical issues of the baking industry, the issues of stabilization of prices for bread products, to prevent unmotivated for their improvement, product quality and ways of further work of the enterprises and their modernization. According to Sergei Mashkovsky, bread production in the area are more than 28 businesses. The total capacity of the bakeries Zhytomyr – 278 tons of bakery products per day. "We, as government, are open. I always have only one position: to shift the responsibility to the representatives of any industry. We must work together to solve our problems. I hope that we will establish fruitful cooperation", – said the Chairman of RSA, addressed the participants of the meeting.
