Medic ,in turn, told all those present the procedure for providing first aid to the injured and victims in different situations. Also to prevent deaths and injuries on the water about’objects of rescuers not paid attention to a favorite place of local fishermen - the pond in the neighbouring village Andrushkiv. During rose's explanatory discussions of the emergencies Ministry urged citizens not out on the ice in a warming and to follow safety rules while on the ice.
