On the topic: "Problematic issues of application of separate provisions of Criminal, Criminal procedural codes of Ukraine in the implementation of pre-trial investigation the investigators and their solutions" The event was attended by heads and employees of structural subdivisions of the staff of the regional Prosecutor's office, heads and Deputy heads of local prosecution offices. Head of Department of the procedural management in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area Ivan shtefanyuk highlighted the theme of the main problems that arise in the application of the norms of criminal procedural law The seminar discussed the peculiarities of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings against judges, law enforcement officers, special pre-trial investigation of criminal offences, reported by the Prosecutor of Department of the procedural management in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area Yury Romanets. About the peculiarities of investigation of criminal offences regarding acts of corruption told the audience the chief of Department of supervision of observance of laws by bodies that are fighting against corruption crimes of the Prosecutor's office of area Vladislav Gramatik. About the problems of obtaining evidence during the pre-trial investigation of criminal offences, told the prosecutors the head of the investigative Department of the regional Prosecutor's office Ivan Btlan. He also outlined the issues of organization of interaction of the Prosecutor, of the investigator and operational units of the National police of Ukraine and security Service of Ukraine during conducting covert investigative (search) actions. The chief of Department of maintenance of state accusation in court the Prosecutor's office of area Igor Sechin was talking about the problematic issues that arise during the conclusion of agreements in criminal proceedings, and after return of the indictment by the court. The possibility of carrying out certain investigative and procedural actions after the return of the indictment to the Prosecutor. The standards of the European court of human rights regarding effective investigation of violations of the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms were told by the Prosecutor of Department of the procedural management in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area Yury Pekhnyo. The chief of Department of supervision of observance of laws by agencies engaged in combating organized crime of the regional Prosecutor's office Ivan Only spoke about the issues of detection, disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses with signs of organized crime, it’associated with corrupt—responsibilities (with the participation of law enforcement bodies, state authorities and local self-government). Well as issues of international legal assistance in conducting procedural actions in criminal proceedings told the audience the Prosecutor of the regional Prosecutor's office international legal orders Olesya Puncak. The Prosecutor of Department of the procedural management in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area Igor Kovtun told about the peculiarities of consideration of statements and messages on criminal offenses, the accused investigators of bodies of Prosecutor's office. Concerning features of implementation of justice by the jury and review of all judicial decisions on again opened circumstances informed the Prosecutor of Department of the procedural management in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of area Ivan King.
