In the region the cooperation of the Pension Fund with the State Executive service brings positive results
for the solution of problems arising in the course of execution of decisions on collecting of means in favor of the state in the interests of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, operates the joint working group, composed of Foundation specialists in the field and State Executive service. At the meeting of the joint working group with the participation of V. and. head of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil oblast Alla Yakubovskaya, Deputy head of Department of the Public Executive service of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Ternopil region Yury Koval, summed up the results of joint work in 2015. As has been noted, thanks to the cooperation and revitalization of the organs of GIS in the field for 2015 has received 3.4 million UAH. Detailed analysis of the tasks the joint working group meetings held in 2015. Agreed on a schedule of working meetings in 2016. Special attention was paid to the Executive documents which remain outstanding on the balance in the bodies of state Executive service. Identified activities aimed at reducing the number of Executive documents and the debtors payments into the Fund. Considered the course of execution of enforcement proceedings in the context of each debtor departments of the public Executive service of the Ternopol regional management of justice and the Ternopil city Department of justice with the participation of the heads of these departments. The heads of departments pointed out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the work, determined the timing of their removal.
