According to operational data on funding (financial support) institutions, institutions and organizations of the socio-cultural sphere from the regional budget in 2015 is focused 1705,6 million USD. this is 96,7% of all General Fund expenditures without intergovernmental transfers Specified rate on UAH 261.6 million. or 18.1% higher than originally planned expenditure of the reporting year and 405,5 mln. or 31.2% higher than 2014. Education expenditure in 2015 amounted to 602,3 million USD. to health – 899,2 million USD. culture – 64,4 mln., social security (youth policy) – 106,2 mln. physical culture and sport and 33.4 mln. For 2015 was allocated for the industry: education – 41.2 million UAH. (growth from the beginning of the year is 7.3%); - health – of 169.7 mn. (23.3% more than the original); - social protection and social security (including youth policy) – 30,0 mln. (an increase of 39.5%); - culture and art – 5.8 million UAH. (increased 10.0%); - physical education and sport – 14.7 millionUAH (an increase of 78.7% to the initial value). Compared with the cost parameters to reflect changes for 2014 in 2015, the costs of the institutions of the education sector grew by 29.1%, health care – 35.3%, social security by 27.5%, culture – by 6.4%, physical education and sport increased by 34.8%.
