Transcarpathians convicted of draft evasion during the mobilization for two years
a Sentence of Beregovo district court of Transcarpathian region sentenced a resident of Beregovo district to two years imprisonment for evading conscription during the mobilization. It is established that the Transcarpathians, being on a military post Beregovsky about’United city military Commissariat, and being viskovatov&rsquo knitted, refused to receive the summons to appear in Berehove OGUK for further sending to military conscription to mobilize, as evidenced by his statement, violating article 65 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine «On approval of Decree of President of Ukraine ¹ 113-VIII dated 15.01.2015, "partial mobilization", the Law of Ukraine «On mobilization preparation and mobilization". Therefore, district court, resident S. Gat Beregovo district, found guilty of a criminal offense under article 336 of the criminal code of Ukraine – refusal of a call-in mobilization and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 2 years. On the basis of article 75 UK of Ukraine are exempted from serving of the appointed punishment with a trial period of 1 year.
