Study of the prosecution of a condition of observance of requirements of the legislation on the use and alienation of objects’of objects of state ownership revealed a hostile takeover of the property complex of one of the enterprises in Svalyava district. Illegal privatization of state property took place with the assistance of the officials of the registration service Svalyava district Department of justice in Transcarpathian region, in which the interests of one of societies with limited liability privately owned, in violation of the law of Ukraine «On state registration of proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances", contributed information to the Registry of ownership rights to immovable property the right of private property to the specified sub’object of management of the integral property complex of state enterprise value of nearly 20 million UAH. On the specified fact the Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 366 and part 2 of article 364 UK of Ukraine (office forgery and abuse of power or official position) against the officials of the registration service Svalyava district Department of justice in Transcarpathian region. In addition, the court stated the claim about reclamation of the integral property complex of state enterprise value of about UAH 20 million from unlawful possession.
