International Bank for reconstruction and development will provide the Ternopil $ 25 million for energy efficient modernization
the international Bank for reconstruction and development (IBRD) will provide the Ternopil 25 million US dollars for holding thermal modernization of the housing sector in the framework of the project «energy efficiency in the district heating sector of Ukraine”. Therefore, "Ternopolgorteplokommunenergo" will receive funds for reconstruction of virgins’five boilers, the construction of two cogeneration plants, the construction of 311 individual heating substations and automatic control system of technological processes that allow real-time tracking of the work status of the heating system. Recall that Ternopil is also cooperating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Eastern European partnership Fund for energy efficiency (Fund Å5Ð) in the implementation of innovative project on modernization of heat supply, which envisages the installation of solar collectors, heat pump, construction of a biomass boiler room and the like. These projects aimed at providing quality heating services and supply house in the Ternopil round the clock hot water.
