She reported that the main objective of the Service is the abandonment and the preservation of the child, the biological family that testifies to social well-being of children the environment in Vinnytsia region. According to officials, at this time the 1293 is the child caught in difficult circumstances, of which 555 is a registered in 2015. "For children who are registered, and the Service employees carry out constant supervision and control. As for 2015 in the area of 700 adopted children, 2587 orphaned children, 27 children - migrants from ATO zone and from the zone of separation, deprived of parental care, 430 children from other regions of Ukraine residing on the territory of the region and 7 children from other countries", - said Tatiana Dorosh. The positive trend in the industry is that over the past year to foster families and family type children's homes 143 is arranged in child with the disease, 13 children with physical disabilities and 2 children with HIV infection (the last parents to go through a long training in retroviruses treatment of children). As the official said: "In 2015 year has seen new challenges. In particular, services for children began to receive complaints from children themselves about the violence in the family. So, who have committed a domestic violence to mainstream services for children region supplied 57 children. Of them were exposed to psychological abuse – 21 children, physical - 27 children, sexual – 8 children and economic – 1 child". By the year 2015 adopted 62 children, 64 children placed in foster families and family type children's homes and 253 children taken under guardianship or trusteeship. Informing about the main priorities of the Service, Tatyana Dorosh has focused on the issue of the protection of housing and property rights of children. Namely, accounting of housing and real estate, pinning of guardians for the property of these children, control over the collection and use of funds from rental property shares the children. According to her, now 246 children, and that 75,7% have housing on the property right, 1957 children, that is, 75.7% of accommodations have the right to use and 384 children 14.8% - have no housing at all. These issues will continue to be under special supervision of the staff Services in order to facilitate their timely and positive decision.
