Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office included information in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the fact of official negligence of officials of the Registration service Svalyava district Department of justice in Transcarpathian region (part 1 of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine). During the audit of compliance with legal requirements in the use and alienation of objects’of objects of state ownership, it is established that officials of the Registration service Svalyava district Department of justice in Transcarpathian region, acting contrary to the requirements of section 12 of the procedure of state registration of rights to immovable property and their encumbrances and the Procedure for providing extracts from the State register of rights to immovable property made in the Register of ownership of real estate details about the right of private ownership of integral property complex of state ’s Svalyava food factory" value of nearly 3 million UAH. for one of the societies, while at the designated facility was seized. According to the sanction of part 1 article 367 of the criminal code perpetrators could face punishment in the form of restriction of liberty or up to three years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
