Transcarpathian customs officers drew up a truck with alcoholic products,such as tower crane
the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region initiated criminal proceedings against officials of the MP "yew" of the Transcarpathian customs office of the SFS on the fact of abuse of official position (part 2 of article 364 of the criminal code of Ukraine). It is established that at the beginning of December last year officials of the MP "yew" in the "import" feature tower crane 1980 issue, in accordance with the letter of the National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary for the documents from Hungary to the territory of Ukraine moved the vehicle with alcoholic beverages. As you know, the importation of alcoholic beverages in Ukraine, be sure to pay all customs duties, in this case it amounted to over UAH 1 million. However, customs officers, probably to avoid the payment of a specified sum of money by the carrier, for the purpose of obtaining undue advantage in favor of third parties, in violation of the customs legislation of Ukraine, admitted the illegal transfer of goods in importation mode on the territory of Ukraine and decorated the car with alcohol as a tower crane.
