Amended budget of the city of Lutsk
Deputies at session of city Council took the following decisions: On the establishment of new rates of excise tax from the sale of subjects of managing of retail trade of excise goods; on approval of the regulation On the establishment of the tax on immovable property other than land plot as amended; establishing the transport tax in the city of Lutsk, which were prepared by the office of Finance and budget. The head of the above-mentioned Directorate Lily Love also proposed to the deputies of the city Council from 15.01.2016 No. 2/101 "About the budget of the city of Lutsk in 2016". According to her, you need to make changes in connection with the receipt of subventions from the regional budget under the provisional paintings of subventions from the regional budget for January-February 2016 in the part of interbudgetary transfers. There is need to increase the revenues of the General Fund budget of the city in the amount of UAH 3 084 570. through different subventions from the regional budget - 800 157 USD. and medical at the expense of subventions from the state budget (funds transferred from the regional budget ) - 2 926 770 UAH. There will also be increased expenditures of the General Fund budget of the city: the Department of social policy at 157 UAH 800, including assisting in the burial of participants of military operations and disabled veterans – 19 400 UAH on preferential medical care of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster – 138 400 UAH; the Department of health on 2 926 770 UAH including the implementation of the regional Programme for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases "Volynian", 2014-2017 – 176 400 UAH on the maintenance of intensive care units with chronic hemodialysis in the cities of Novovolynsk, liuboml, Stone-Kashira and SMT. Ratno – 341 600 UAH to settle for providing hemodialysis sessions – 2 028 770 UAH to conduct peritoneal dialysis patients with renal insufficiency – 380 000 USD. It was also supported by the reports on implementation of municipal programmes, agreed on a list of objects of major repairs of streets and adjoining areas of the city of Lutsk in 2016 — 2017.
