In the Rivne region rescuers carry out fire-prevention activities among the population
From the beginning of 2016 in the Rovno area there were 110 fires, which was discovered 8 dead citizens. The current sad statistics is almost twice the number of fires in the region for the same period in 2015. Almost all fires in the region occurred in the residential sector. The analysis shows that the dominant cause of fires remains the human factor. Banal human negligence in dealing with fire, often drunk, wrong device stoves and violation of fire safety regulations when using electrical appliances and heating equipment, should people not only to significant material losses and health’I, and sometimes the most valuable - life. Therefore, given the situation with the rapid increase in the occurrence of fires in Rivne region rescuers to prevent the occurrence of fires, the prevention of death and traumatizing of people on them in the winter fire season, increase the holding prophylactically-rose’explanatory work with inhabitants of the province of the place of residence. So, 3 of February the staff of 5-th state fire and rescue unit and Dubno district sector PG DSNs Ukraine in Rivne region together with employees of social services and rural Council held a fire-preventive work among the population on the territory of the village Council Knyagininskiy Dubno district. During the course of the rescuers told the men about the fire that recently occurred in the region and their causes. Employees of gschs rose’annuali owners of dwellings, how to follow some simple but very important rules of fire safety at operation of oven heating, using gas and electrical appliances, has drawn the attention of citizens to a number of shortcomings and explained, to what trouble they can cause. Special attention rescuers drew on flats, home to the lonely elderly, the disabled and large families. For better perception of the necessary information employees of gschs were distributed to the citizens the relevant leaflets and information on the rules of safety.
