Department of procedural guidance in criminal proceedings of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against inspector of the customs post «Vladimir-Volyn" Volyn customs DFS. By pretrial investigation it is established that the militiaman, abuse of power in the interests of economic entities, in January and February 2015 confirmed intentionally wrong type of two vehicles and made them illegal as customs clearance tractors (tractors) wheel for semi-trailers, not motor vehicles for the transport of goods, without payment of all required fees. Illegal actions of inspectors caused grave consequences to the public interest in view of the lack of budget tax collections and mandatory’yaskovich payments during customs clearance of these vehicles are worth more than 360 thousand UAH.
