In Zhytomyr region with debtors for housing and communal services to conclude agreements on debt restructuring
February 4, during the meeting with participation of Chairman of regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky and his first Deputy Gennady Dmitrenko discussed one of the most painful problems of all the municipal enterprises of area – payment discipline of consumers of housing and communal services. For the debts for housing and communal services of the company can not timely send funds for development, which directly affects the quality of services. At the beginning of 2016 the debt of population for utilities is 145,9 million (excluding debts for the consumed electric energy of 38.6 million and overpayment for natural gas in the amount 320,3 mln, thanks to the subsidies). Therefore, the priority is the conclusion with customers of debtor contracts for the restructuring of existing debt. In the course of 2015 with a population of 477 signed contracts worth 1 million USD. The best indicator of the city Korosten – 127 contracts in the amount of 312 thousand UAH. "It is our shared responsibility to provide payment for housing and communal services. Debtors should work with the Executive office, which at the moment works not 100%," – said Sergey Mashkovsky. By the year 2015 the Executive office sought 8.5 million of the debt from 72 million, which is 12.5%.
