In the Transcarpathian region with the intervention of the Prosecutor's office released 11 illegally withheld persons and included 14 appeals relating to unlawful judicial solutions
by Bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Transcarpathian region constantly pays attention to the state of observance of the legislation during the administrative arrest and taken of citizens by authorized officials of law enforcement agencies. According to the chief of Department of supervision of observance of laws at execution of court decisions in criminal cases and of other coercive measures Bilica Vitaly, in the past year on these issues conducted more than 90 audits, the results of which revealed violations of the procedure of application to citizens of administrative coercive measures regulated by articles 259 - 263 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Therefore, 29 the perpetrators brought to responsibility established by law, initiated 4 criminal proceedings, released 11 illegally withheld persons and included 14 appeals of complaints of unlawful judicial decisions. The status of compliance with legislation in the administrative detention of citizens on 26 January 2016 reviewed at the operational meeting at the Prosecutor of the region, the results of which the leaders of the local Prosecutor's offices focused on the adoption of additional measures to ensure law enforcement agencies comply with the constitutional rights of citizens in the use of enforcement measures for administrative offences.
