In the Transcarpathian region on indexation of normative monetary land evaluation in 2016

2016 In-year changes to the indexation of the normative monetary valuation of land. As reported in the management of Deligeoroglou, according to the State statistics service of Ukraine the consumer price index for 2015 amounted to 143,3%. Given this, the coefficient of indexation of the normative monetary valuation of land, which is indexed by a standard monetary assessment of lands of settlements and lands of nonagricultural appointment as of 1 January 2016 is 1,433. The indexation coefficient is calculated in accordance with paragraph 289.2 of article 289 of the Tax code of Ukraine and is applied cumulatively depending on the date of the normative monetary valuation of land. As a reminder, the coefficients of indexation of the normative monetary evaluation of land accounted in 1996, the year — 1,703, 1997 -1,059, 1998 — 1,006, 1999 — 1,127, 2000 — 1,182, 2001 — 1,02, 2005 — 1,035, 2007 — 1,028, 2008 — 1,152, 2009- 1,059, 2010-m — 1,0, 2011 — 1,0, 2012-m — 1,0, 2013-m — 1,0, 2014 — 1,249, 2015 — 1,433. Normative monetary assessment of lands for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006 were not indexed. However there are some features regarding accrual in 2015, the year of the coefficient of indexation of the normative monetary evaluation of agricultural land: arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and reservoirs. According to section 6 subsection 6 of the Transitional provisions of the Tax code of Ukraine (in the wording of law of Ukraine "On amendments to the tax code and certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the balance of income in 2016" dated December 24, 2015 No. 909) found that the consumer price index for 2015, which is used to determine the indexation rate of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land, is used with a value of 120 percent. Consequently, the value of indexation coefficient for such lands by the year 2015 is 1.2. Main Department of Derzeitiger region reminds that for more information on the normative monetary evaluation of a specific land plot should apply to the appropriate Central administrative services. The result should be the obtaining of an extract from technical documentation about normative pecuniary valuation of the land or information on the cost of a land share (Pai).
