Within the framework of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea in the Vinnytsia region," the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration held consultations to discuss the extension of the areas of support for internally displaced persons in the framework of the project. the consultations were attended by: representatives BONO "Source of hope" Alla Stodilka and Kristina Orlova, representatives of the Association of immigrants "New home" Diana Bezrukova and Sergey Orlov, representatives of the NGO "Union of IDPs "Common cause" Yuri Zykov and Sergey Bobyrev, and a representative of displaced persons Vadim Miller, a representative of the public Council at DFS in Vinnitsa region Yuriy Zakharchuk, head of the regional Council of entrepreneurs under the Vinnytsia regional state administration Oleksandr Pechalin, specialist of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Kvyat, the management of the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration and the team of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea, in Vinnytsya region". In the course of consultations.and. Director of the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration Vladimir Burr said : "the Actual implementation of the project started in October last year. During this time, we saw that spelled out in the project areas of support do not work. Bank loans are not issued due to lack of collateral and own funds to open the business immigrants do not have. For the purpose of efficient use of funds and successful implementation of the project, discusses the possibility of expanding the areas of support in the framework of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea, in Vinnytsya region". It was noted that the questionnaire developed for the survey of immigrants, which include questions on the ability or desire of internally-displaced persons to start or expand a business in Vinnytsia region; whether the entrepreneur is ready to take on the work of HPE in subsidized jobs; plans of higher education and what major to work in subsidized places. This survey will help to determine in what areas should work to expand support HPE in the framework of the EU project. Joined the discussion: Chairman BONO "Source of hope" Alla Stodilka, which expressed readiness to share its experience on implementing projects. Deputy Director of the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration Hope Nasikovsky noted the expediency to consider expanding areas - compensation to employers for providing a workplace internally-peremen person, and the compensation of displaced persons and entrepreneurs who wish to start their own business, for the purchase of equipment and materials . The Chairman of the NGO "Union of IDPs "Common cause" Yuri Zykov has offered compensation to the entrepreneurs among immigrants in two directions - for the purchase of equipment and materials, the so-called "microfinance" and compensation of entrepreneurs among immigrants in the amount of 15,000 euros, as some of the companies that have re-registered our business in Vinnytsia region, implementing serious projects require serious investment. As a result of the consultations, the meeting agreed to join the working group on working off of mechanisms and the extension directions of financial support of higher education and business persons within the framework of the EU project. The next meeting of the working group is scheduled for 4th February 2016 at the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration.
