On face changes in payment of penalty
Main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region informs that Law of Ukraine # 909 from 24.12.2015 G. "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016," the changes in legislation regarding single fee. In particular, among the innovations we pay attention to the terms of payment of the penalty payers of single contribution. In connection with the changes of the amount of the penalties and fines under the law on the ERU (Law No. 2464) payable by the tax payer within ten calendar days after receipt of the relevant decisions of territorial bodies of the fiscal service. By 1 January, this period was 10 working days. Given the foregoing, the term of payment according to the decisions made by the regulatory authorities to 31/12/2015 inclusive, will be 10 working days, as from 01.01.2016, - 10 calendar days. Notice of change of terms of payment the decision to use the penalty given (sent) to the tax payer at the same time. Appropriate explanations are contained in the letter of the SFS of Ukraine dated 15.01.2016 G. ¹1261/7/99-99-17-03-01-17.
