attended by the Chairman of Mogilev-Podolsk RGA Oleg Kitasuka held a meeting on creation of Association of farmers and private landowners of Mogilev – Podolsk district. The meeting was attended by the presidents, representatives of farmers, leaders of agricultural organizations, heads of structural divisions of regional state administration, deputies of regional Council, representatives of public organizations. As a result, the majority of votes, decided on the establishment of the Association of farmers and private landowners of Mogilev – Podolsky district "Agrodizel", the Chairman elected the head of the PF "Free" Tsybulsky V. V., also elected the Board of the Association from among the heads of agricultural enterprises of the district: Gorkoe E. V., Efremov A. M., Bodnar, A. I., Dudnik V. A., G. M. Mironycheva, Televator.And.,Lantukh I. P.. During the meeting the participants discussed a number of issues arising in the course of the activities of small and medium farmers, necessary legal support of their activity. Also there was some discussion regarding problematic issues that arise during the tax Declaration, the use of a special VAT regime and the conclusion of contracts on state land and private property. In conclusion, the Chairman of regional state administration Kitsuki A. I. congratulated all with the creation of the Association and noted that to protect the interests of the peasants the necessary structures that would meet the requirements of a market economy, social and political changes that occur in society .
