Rivne region: the rescuers in the "Mobile consulting point of social work" taught the rules of fire safety to families in difficult circumstances
04 February rescuers of the Main Directorate DSNS in Rivne region together with employees of the Rivne regional center of social services for family’families, children and young people within special formation «Mobile counselling services for social work" visited homes in rural settlements Goshchansky district, inhabited by seven’families caught in difficult life circumstances. It should be added that in the district there are 126 of these families, raising almost three hundred minor children. In the course of communication with citizens specialists of both services once again reminded of strict compliance with the rules of fire safety and life safety in the home, distributed relevant leaflets and pam’tents. The staff of the centre, communicating with parents, was interested in the psychological climate in families, studied the problems of everyday people, advising major legal issues and provided rose’explanations in the social sphere. In turn, the employees of regional management of Civil service on emergency situations to effectively influence the consciousness of people, have given specific examples of fires and their consequences that occurred in the district, and with the consent of the owners carried out the inspection of premises to identify existing violations of fire safety rules, followed up by advice for their elimination. As the head of the Main Department of civil service on emergency situations in the Rovno area the Colonel of service of civil protection Sergey Kruk: “such events are regularly conducted in all settlements of the region, because the lives of people, especially children is the most valuable, so to minimize the number of fires and emergency incidents in the residential sector and to make the lives of the citizens of the region a truly safe – is one of priorities and main tasks of Rivne region rescuers".
