In Lutsk the deputies at the second plenary meeting of the third session of the city Council discussed the implementation of city programs
the Deputies gathered for the second plenary meeting of the third session of the city Council. Elected representatives of the community discussed and noted: a Programme to support children, youth, women and family for 2012-2015; the development Programme for e-government and Informatization of the city of Lutsk in 2013 - 2015; the Program "Development of education of Lutsk for 2010-2015"; Target programs in the field of health. The deputies made amendments to the Charter of the municipal institution "Lutsk center of primary health care", heard and discussed the Program of development of physical culture and sports in the city of Lutsk for 2012-2016 and has made changes to this program. Chairman of the Committee for physical culture and sports Yuriy Volynets, in his speech explained that the order upravlinnia of youth Affairs and sports of Volyn regional state administration from 20.05.2015 No. 216-od, registered in the main upravlin of justice in the Volyn region 17.06.2015 No. 13/1423, approved cash daily rate of expenditure on catering of participants of sports events. In line with this, there was an increase in the amount of the daily requirement to provide participants of sports events in all areas of their organization. Over the past four years have also seen a rapid growth of sporting achievements in individual sports, particularly weightlifting, wrestling, Cycling, rowing and Canoeing, volleyball, athletics, football, hockey, table tennis (prepared 10 masters of sports of international class, 88 masters of sports of Ukraine). Therefore, this decision is necessary to ensure full training and competitive process of athletes, compliance with the performance standards for catering of participants of sports events. The decision will ensure the preparation of sports reserve, will contribute to the implementation of standards for participation of athletes of the city in European and world Championships, Olympic games.
