In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office on a bribe exposed the forensic expert
the Prosecutor's office. Vinnitsa together with the regional Department for the protection of the economy of the National police of Ukraine detained in the hot forensic medical expert, who demanded and received undue benefit from the citizen for the preparation of the positive conclusion of the forensic medical examination of bodily injuries. On the specified fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information about criminal offenses under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official which holds responsible position, combined with extortion). At present the investigators are carried out Prime investigative actions directed on gathering and fixing of proofs of fault of the expert. Note: for Commission of the specified crime provides for criminal liability-deprivation of liberty for a period from n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property and with special confiscation.
