the Deputies at the session of the city Council adopted an appeal to rural, settlement councils, the children of residents attending pre-primary educational institutions in Lutsk city, relative to reimbursement for their content in preschool educational establishments of communal property of the territorial community of the city of Lutsk As 04.01.2016 year in pre-school educational establishments of Lutsk 10727 brought up children, of whom 9926 children live in Lutsk, 801 child in the surrounding villages. One of the primary tasks of city government is the solution to the problem of providing children with preschool education and the establishment of a sufficient number of places in preschool education institutions of communal property. In connection with the introduction of decentralization of power, local authorities, insufficient places in DOW city, guided by part 5 of article 35 of the law of Ukraine "On preschool education", the Law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine", Law of Ukraine "On state budget for 2016", the local authorities pay for the maintenance of children in municipal preschool educational institutions in a specific size, approved at the session of the city Council. In this connection there is a need to address rural, settlement councils, the children of residents attending pre-primary educational institutions in Lutsk city, to reimburse the funds for their maintenance in pre-school educational establishments of communal property of the Lutsk city Council. Because funding and maintenance of pre-school institutions is financed from the city budget, due to lack of funds and venues in PEI to meet the needs of community residents of the city of Lutsk, MPs call for rural/town councils to participate in co-financing and hope for your understanding and support. The deputies also adopted a number of other cases, examined over 100 land issues. In this third session of city Council has completed its work.
