The DHHS division of Zhytomyr region was studied to interact effectively in the conduct of aviation search and rescue
04 February in Department gschs of Ukraine in Zhytomyr oblast specialists of the Central aviation control centre search and rescue state emergency service of Ukraine had a guidance lesson with the structural units of the office about the order of interaction in the conduct of aviation search and rescue, as well as in daily operations as directed. The session was attended by heads of district departments and sectors, the personnel of the Department of emergency response, operational coordination center and operational center—communication, telecommunications and information technology Department gschs of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region. The participants stressed the need to improve the process vzaimoponimanija and response in case of Zhytomyr oblast of emergency, floor’connected with the aviation event and other emergencies, the elimination of which involved aviation gschs of Ukraine. It was about the interaction between the Central aviation control center for search and rescue, emergency Management division state emergency service region and the operators of aerodromes and runways. Deputy head of Main aviation coordination center for search and rescue Yuri Trinko proved to present major regulatory and legal documents of aviapoisk and rescue. Also a film was shown about aviation gschs of Ukraine and a documentary video of the emergency, floor’connected with the accident aircraft. The Deputy chief of Department of emergency response, the Colonel of service of civil protection Oleg Derzhanovsky noted that, given the large number of forests on the territory of Zhytomyr region, quickly-saving divisions of the area are interested in proper communication with aircraft SSES, in particular, from the point of view of fighting forest and peat’drunken fires. He also expressed readiness for cooperation and thanked the head of training and his colleagues for quality and meaningful learning.
