According to the Polish partner of the Novel dlugy: "we are introducing new equipment. The boiler for the production of briquettes is the first in the Vinnytsia region. Setting for 10 hours recycles approximately 620 kg of raw material. Heat 1 ton of briquettes is equal to 2 tons of clean wood. The equipment can be processed biomaterials with a humidity of 30 % without pre-drying. The result is a fuel with high heating efficiency, alternative gas". "In our plans, in each district, Vinnytsya region, at least was the installation for the production of briquettes, allowing to save money on heating for public institutions. We solve a number of issues: ecology, social issue and completely refuse from gas. This investment project can recoup its cost for the year. In the course of this year will be spent on energy-saving technologies 55 million UAH", - said Andrey Geico. According to first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration is planned to transfer all budgetary institutions on alternative fuels. "We are negotiating with the Ministry of Poland regarding the preferential credit of 3-5 percent for local communities. This will solve a question on the heating budget of the enterprise . In the region we have 3 million tons of loose straw, if you alter this setting we get the output equivalent to 2.7 thousand tons of coal," said Andrew Gyzhko. In turn the Chairman of regional Council Anatoly Oliynyk noted that the issue of energy efficiency for the Vinnytsia region in particular and Ukraine in General quite relevant. In search of an alternative gas, we use all possible mechanisms. "Not all farmers equipment that costs more than 3 million UAH afford. we discussed with our Polish colleagues the opportunity to develop such projects in the framework of cooperation Ukraine-Poland, and it is real. The Polish Government may at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to sign the agreement and provide the loans. We need to develop a mechanism for the development of these loans and to gain certain guarantees. In the regional Council through the regional budget will try similar projects to be realized with the utility companies," - said Anatoly Oleinik.
