In the Rivne region rescuers conducted exercises on the territory of hospital
05 February the Rivne Central district hospital in the village. Klevan rescue workers of the 4th state fire and rescue unit conducted a tactical exercise on the elimination of contingent emergency caused by an explosion in the boiler room. According to a tactical plan of doctrines, in the boiler room at the hospital, there was an explosion. At the time of the explosion in the boiler room was one worker. The hospital staff informed the rescue Service about the accident. Fighters of gschs, quickly arrived on the scene, in the apparatus of respiratory protection conducted the investigation and evacuated the injured worker of a boiler-house. In parallel, the firefighters filed for fire extinguishing water barrel. Thanks to harmonious actions of rescuers and hospital staff conditional fire was liquidated quickly and prevented the fire from spreading outside of the fire. Summing up the results of doctrines, the head of Department response PG DSNs in Rivne region the Colonel of service of civil protection Sergey Pavlovsky said: “Thanks to the coordinated and prompt actions of rescuers, staff of about’object and engaged the services of civil protection conditional fire was able to quickly eliminate and prevent the spread of fire. Delivered operational and tactical objectives were met smoothly and efficiently, and most importantly - not made of death and traumatizing of people". In General, the exercises were involved 8 personnel of the rescue Service and 2 units of equipment. Rescuers plan to hold further sessions with management and technical personnel specified about’object of the actions during occurrence of possible emergency situations, to practise the actions in emergency situations and actions when carrying out of Prime works on elimination of possible emergencies.
