In Vinnytsia oblast Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration carries out monitoring of work of institutions of social protection (+photo)
for this purpose a working group was created and conducted the meeting in the form of an interview with heads of institutions, establishments of social protection according to the results of work in 2015 and analysis of the conducted audits. During the meeting, representatives of authorities, deputies of the regional Council, public organizations, mass media communicated with the Directors of residential institutions on the achievements over the past year, problem questions and ways of their solution, and prospects for 2016. During the discussion highlighted a number of criteria for assessing the performance of heads of agencies: - The presence of raised extra-budgetary funds for solving the institution's problems; - Ensure the comfort of stay of wards in the institution; - Improvement of material and technical support of the institution; - Professional development of the staff establishment. As noted by the Director of the Department: "tied interview with the heads of institutions in the sphere of social policy with the involvement of such a wide range of experts made it possible not only to thoroughly monitor the activities of the leaders of our institutions, but also to raise to the surface a number of systemic problems in the industry that can be solved only by implementation of modern approaches in close interaction of authorities, Deputy corps, non-governmental organizations and the media".
