In Vinnytsia oblast for the year 2015 the average monthly salary grew by 20.8 %
According to main Directorate of statistics in the Vinnitsa region, the average monthly wage of employees of Vinnytsia region in 2015 compared with 2014 increased by 20.8% and amounted to UAH 3395. The average size of their wage in 2,5 times exceeded the level of statutory state social standards: the minimum wage and the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons (UAH 1378.). The increase in the average level of wages in comparison with the year 2014 occurred in all types of economic activity of enterprises, and 1.3–1.4 times: in agriculture, industry, wholesale and retail trade, in the field of information and telecommunications. Most paid during the year were employees of financial and insurance activities and information and telecommunications, the wage which exceeded the average size of the regional economy 1.5 times. Among industrial activities with high accruals are recorded at the enterprises for manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations manufacture of food products, beverages and tobacco products and the supply of electricity, gas, steam and conditioned air, where wages exceeded the average for the region was 2.3 and 1.4 times, respectively. Among 25 regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast by the level of wages in 2015, ranked 15th. This is the highest rating indicator for all years of independent Ukraine, where Kyiv region has moved from 24 (in 2014 the average wage of residents was $ 2810 USD., at which the Vinnitsa region was ranked # 17).
