The Ministry of regional development invites to take part in the Program of development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine
3 February of the current year was adopted the Law of Ukraine "On ratification of Financial agreement (project "the Program of development of municipal infrastructure in Ukraine") between Ukraine and the European investment Bank". The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine invites the Central and local Executive bodies, local government bodies, state and municipal enterprises (including enterprises, state or municipal share in which more than 50 percent) to provide proposals for participation in the project "Program of development of municipal infrastructure in Ukraine". Attracting 400 million euros for modernization of infrastructure of housing and communal services of Ukraine in the areas of: * heating * water and wastewater * energy efficiency in buildings * outdoor lighting of settlements * treatment of household waste. The total period of repayment of the loan (including the grace period): * 15 years for projects in the field of external lighting of settlements and household waste management; * 22 years for sub-projects in the field of district heating and energy efficiency of buildings; * 30 years for projects in the field of hot water supply, centralized and non-centralized drinking water supply, sanitation. Grace period: * 3 years for sub-projects in the field of external lighting of settlements and household waste management; * 5 years for sub-projects in the field of district heating and energy efficiency of buildings; * 8 years for projects in the field of hot water supply, centralized and non-centralized drinking water supply, sanitation. The construction period for the subproject may not exceed the duration of the grace period.
