In Vinnytsia oblast for fraud the accountant of the Department of education will meet in court
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region was performed procedural management in criminal proceedings against the accountant of one of departments of education in the region on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 2, article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that the official, abusing the trust of employees of the education Department in the period from 2013 to 2015, took control of almost 103 thousand UAH from the regional budget. According to the results of pre-judicial investigation the indictment against the suspect is sent to court. During the investigation the damage caused to the local budget partially recovered. She has already returned 25 thousand UAH. Synopsis: the sanction of part 2 of article 190 of the criminal code of Ukraine provides for punishment by a fine of'fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes, or correctional labor for a term of one to two years, or restraint of liberty for a term up to p'five years, or by deprivation of liberty for a term up to three years.
