All-Ukrainian selector meeting on questions of introduction at the enterprises of food and processing industry of system of analysis of hazards and critical control points (HACCP) was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine-chief of staff Inna Grebenyuk. In regional studios was attended by heads of territorial bodies of the state veterinary and phytosanitary service, the food manufacturers. Informing about the situation in the field on the subject Nicholas Neily noted that food vinnichina known in more than 100 countries. In the area there are 15 powerful dairy enterprises, 15 small, 6 powerful meat processing plants and about 60 small businesses, 6 sugar plants, 11 enterprises for processing of vegetables and fruits, alcohol 11, 5 milling and baking, a 65 small businesses, 2 distillery and others. "Vinnytsia region has one of the most powerful among other regions of Ukraine food processing industry, which annually produces more than 63 % of the total industrial production of the region", - said Mykola Neily. According to him, the enterprises of Vinnytsia region received competitive advantages on the market, they need to implement advanced development to ensure food safety. In this direction in the field made a lot. So, the food safety system HACCP implemented in 13 companies, 22000, 9, 14000: 6, TO 9000 for 25 enterprises. At seven enterprises are working to implement these systems. "Regional state administration and the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration supports the measures for the implementation of food safety systems and are prepared to assist in conducting seminars, meetings and other activities in this direction", - said the official.
