On face the VAT reporting for January – a new form
of the SFS of Ukraine in the letter from G. 02.02.2016¹ 3240/7/99-99-19-03-00-17 reported that the tax reporting of value added tax, starting from reporting period January 2016 (deadline – February 22 p. G.) shall be submitted in electronic form all VAT payers whose tax period is the calendar month, on new forms that are approved by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine by order of 28.01.2016, No. 21. Order No. 21 registered with the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on 29 January 2016 no 159/28289 and published in the official newspaper "Uryadovy courier" 30 January 2016.
