Ternopil: Stepan Barna took part in the workshop for chairmen of the municipalities in the region
8 February in the hall of Terebovlya city Council held a workshop for the presidents of the United territorial communities of the region. The seminar was attended by the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration, Stepan Barna, Deputy Chairman of regional Council Victor Ovcharuk, Chairman of the Terebovlya Raion state administration Yuriy Nishta. Of 158 created communities in Ukraine – 26 is a part of Ternopil region. "Therefore, the most important goal of the event, expressed his opinion Stepan Barna, is to show the capacity of these communities. And we want to do it on the example of the largest communities in the Ternopil oblast, Terebovlia. After all, we are not only talking about the reforms we are putting into practice them". The head of the region emphasized, that the legislation of Ukraine is in the stage of improvement and soon will be adopted law "oil drops" that will allow the villages to join the community even after the official unification. Also the Chairman of regional state administration focused on the importance of the topic support the army and protect the territorial integrity of our state, declaring that in Terebovlia, Kremenets Berezhany and the planned resumption of military structures. Stepan Barna reported that in March-April of the current year in Ternopil region will receive about 70 school buses that will be allocated, first, to the community, which was mobilized vehicles. To establish and improve cooperation in Finance and service delivery with the community leader spoke to the head of Department of the state Treasury in the Ternopil region Petro Hrynchyshyn, legal counsel of JSC Ternopolgaz Nikolay Shtogrin and assistant to the Chairman of the Board-General Director for organizational matters of JSC "Ternopiloblenergo" Nikolay Golovach. In order to show practical experience Terebovlia community, which has taken a number of positive steps towards reform, the speakers included the Chairman of Terebovlya of the community Sergei Cross and his deputies: Ludmila Kolesnik focused on the reorganization of cultural institutions on the territory of the community and outlined the conditions of their development, Love Zaveruha reported on the structure of the education sector, which will deal with education in Terebovlia the community. In the practical part of the seminar there was a discussion regarding the use of energy saving technologies in the inspection process Krowinski intake, demonstrate the operation of a modern waste-processing plant of LLC "ECO BALANCE TER" in S. Pleban, and also highlights the issues of energy efficiency in preschool institutions on the example of the garden "Daisy" in Terebovlya. Stepan Barna together with Yuri Nestou and regional military Commissioner Alexander Kravets has inspected the territory and premises of the former military base in Terebovlia to assess the status and recovery of the locations of the military.
