Chernihiv: Forced debt collection is an effective way of improving payment discipline of taxpayers to the budget of the Pension Fund
for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of sanctions under Executive documents of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernihiv continued practice of interaction with bodies of state Executive service. During 2015 with representatives of the management of the Pension Fund and the Department of the state enforcement service of Chernihiv city Department of justice held 6 meetings on debt repayment, which discussed the timely, full and effective carrying out of Executive actions. Specialists of the Department together with the state performers in 2015 has carried out joint visits to 29 of debtors of the Fund. The result of the direct participation of specialists of the Fund in the enforcement proceedings was the arrival of 2015 budget to the pension funds for the sum of 2,1 thousand UAH. Since the beginning of the year from enforcement mobilized 749,2 5 thousand UAH. As of 01.01.2016 on the execution in the departments of the state enforcement service of Chernihiv city Department of justice is about 2,800 Executive documents for the sum of 25 thousand UAH 173,9.
