Ternopil: 8 the enterprises of the region are functioning of the HACCP system

The event was attended by first Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil oblast state administration Ivan Ratbat. He reported on the status of the development , implementation and functioning of quality management systems in enterprises of food and processing industry of the region for 2015. "As of 01.01.2016, the HACCP system is functioning at 8 enterprises of the region: "Dzhura" (Ternopil), "agro-Park" (city of Skalat, Podvolochisky district), LLC "Samotsvet" (Lanivtsi), LLC "Zagotservis" (PGT.Podvolochisk), "M"Ecoproduct IPC" S. Mortar Ternopil R-n, LLC "Kremenets Milk" (s. Belokrinitsa, Kremenets district), PJSC "Ternopil dairy factory" (Ternopil, Ukraine), DP "Dinther Ukraine Rock" Borshchiv district, "- stated Ivan Ratbat. In the development and implementation of HACCP system on food enterprises 13: LLC "Brewery Opole".Ternopil PE "Alma Vita", Terebovlya district , LLC "Blagota" S. Mortar Ternopil R-well, LTD. "the Rock Is a Gift". Podwoloczyska Skalat district, LLC "RMF". Terebovlya, PE "Your health". Zbarazh, LLC "Zbarazh plant of bread products", PE Grinchuk, and E. G. PAYROLL Schurko V. M. Zbarazh district, LLC "AgroVet". Ternopil LTD "Star" M. Kopychintsy Husyatyn district well, and FOT Presta M. V. and LLC "Vavryk & company" Chortkiv district well. On DP "Dinther Ukraine Rock" (Borshchiv district, Ternopil region) the HACCP system according to the requirements of FSSC 22000 certified organization Lloyd's Register LRQA, PJSC "Ternopil dairy factory" (Ternopil) received a certificate of HACCP system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000 from Bureau Veritas Certification. In addition, the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration together with the specialists of SE "Ternopilstandardmetrology" awareness-raising activities in enterprises and organizations of the region on the development and implementation of quality management systems and food safety in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001 and DSTU ISO 22000, in particular: - conducted 20 round tables with representatives of manufacturers food products the introduction of the principles of the HACCP system (ISO 22000); - 26-provided consultation on development of quality management systems (QMS) and food safety management (SUPHP, HACCP); - at carrying out the instructions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine dated 30.04.2014, ¹ 13611/3/1-14 on an information campaign regarding the conditions of access of Ukrainian products to the European Union, on the basis of SE "Ternopilstandardmetrology" conducted 3 workshops for exporters of industrial products of member countries of the EU. At the seminars, organized on the basis of SE "Ternopilstandardmetrology", questions were raised on the development, implementation and operation of the QMS and SUPHP. The Directorate of veterinary medicine in the Ternopil region constantly provides state supervision over the introduction of HACCP systems and similar systems of quality assurance and safety, which are used by the operators of capacities in meat-processing and dairy industries.
