These appeals, identical in content, filed on behalf of persons who are not participants of the educational process and have nothing to do with this organized provocations. In confirmation of his own written statements by citizens on whose behalf received treatment at a government hot line, in which they indicate that no appeals were made. According to the Law of Ukraine "On protection of personal data" personal non-property rights to personal data that each natural person are inalienable and inviolable. The data subject has a right to know about sources of collection, location of his / her personal data, the purpose of their processing, to protect their personal data against unlawful processing, as well as to protection from provision of information that is false or disgrace the honour, dignity of an individual. Violation of legislation on protection of personal data entails the responsibility established by the law. Therefore, the information, namely, confidential applicant data submitted in the petition, used illegally. In addition we inform that by order of the chief of the Department of education dated 10.10.2013 No. 617-od "About donations" managers and teaching staff of secondary schools are forbidden to interfere in the activities of the parent committees to collect donations. Violation or failure to comply with orders provides for the administrative responsibility.
